For those of you that have commented you are going to read at your own speed, or with others, that's great! But this club probably isn't for you. The point of a book club is to read and discuss. Your aim is to dig deep into a book, understand it and appreciate it. If you're just wanting to quickly read a good book, then go for it. But this blog was made for those that want to/and can read together. And no one should feel pressured to participate. If you don't make this book, then catch us on the next one. Don't freak out or go all weirdo about it. It's just a book reading group.

Thank you for the gentle hand slapping, Les! Okay, I'll try to stay with the group and do this - never done a book club before. Can you geuss why?!?! I never cared about what those other people thought and was so 'different' than them that I'd just want to argue with all of their comments. I'm a beast.

I eagerly started my read last night and was so, so confused. When can we start making comments that won't spoil it for others? I need guidance in this book. Color me super confused! :) And I kept questioning this book, then I know Lesli is good with her word and knows what we all like. I'm putting all my trust in you Les!
Can't wait to read everyone else's comments so I can better understand this. I WANT to understand.
